The Career Opportunities in the Accounting Profession program is an all expense paid four-day learning program which exposes minority high school juniors to careers in the business world. The program will be held from June 27-30, 2016 at the University at Buffalo. Students must be part of a minority group, but do not have to be enrolled in business courses to apply. Applications are available from Mrs. Stahl in House 1 and are due on May 13th.
Do you want to learn how to cook like a chef? Apply for a chance to win a 1-week scholarship to the Wegmans Culinary Teen Camp in Williamsville. You must submit a 350 word essay answering the question: "What has inspired you to want to learn more about cooking?". Essays are due by April 6th. Congratulations to sophomore Haley Arthur! She competed in the New York State USAA Gymnastics Competition, which was held last Friday just outside of New York City. Gymnasts must qualify to participate in this prestigious meet. Haley is the new New York State Level 8, 16 year old age group, champion!!!! Way to go Haley!!!!
