Attention Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors. Sign-ups for Windom Buddy Club have begun. All materials are in the House 1 Office. Please sign up early to ensure your spot. Buddy Club is a great way to get invloved and to make a difference in an elementary student's life. See Mr. Behm with questions.

STEM Club (All Students)

Hey students! Are you interested in Aerospace, Aviation... and 'drones?' Well, we can help you with that! The STEM Club meets weekly on Thursday at 2:00pm in Room 115. If Science, Technology, Engineering or Math is your thing... come and join us as we apply these subject areas to design, build, and fly your dreams!

Varsity Club (Sports)

ATTENTION VARSITY ATHLETES: Varsity Club will be holding its first organizational meeting of the year on Wednesday September 14th at 2p.m. If you are a Varsity athlete, and are interested in learning what Varsity Club is all about, please plan to attend. We will meet in room 111(the auto shop room.) If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Gibson.

Library (All Students)

The library will be hosting a grand reopening party to celebrate our new fiction section. Come down to the library Thursday after school to check out our new look and enjoy snacks and prizes. See you then!

PULSE Literary Magazine (All Students)

PULSE Literary Magazine will be holding an INFORMATIONAL MEETING on Wednesday, September 21st. Anyone interested in the arts is welcome to attend and to get involved with PULSE for this school year. Any questions? See Mr Perrelli, Mrs DiLucente, or Shawn Steinig.

intramurals (All Students)

This is the first week of intramural activities. The weight room is open every day. Football is offered every Tuesday and Thursday. also, with the exception of this Wed. , walking will be every Wednesday, meeting outside of room 257. Please check the bulletin board in the P.E. foyer or see Mrs. Callahan for information.

Ithaca College will be hosting an information session for interested students and parents on Sunday, September 25th at 2pm at the Buffalo Niagara Marriott. Students applying to Ithaca are encouraged to attend as this is a great way to demonstrate your interest in their institution. Register online at the Visit Ithaca page of the Ithaca College website.

Powderpuff (Seniors)

Attention all SENIOR Powderpuff players: Senior Powderpuff practices will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting on Thursday, September 15 at 2PM on the grass by the Freeman Lot. This is the grassy area between the houses and the Freeman parking lot. You must attend at least 4 of the 5 practices or you will not be allowed on the turf.

Mock Trial (All Students)

Attention all students interested in joining the Orchard Park Mock Trial Team. we will hold our first meetin on Wednesday September 14th at 2pm in room #127. Please see Mr. Janas with any questions

Cancer Awareness Club (All Students)

Attention all CAC members! Cancer Awareness Club will hold its first meeting of the year on Thursday, September 15th at 2:00 in the Auditorium. New members are always welcome. Wear your CAC shirt if you have one!

The Prudential Spirit of Community Award recognizes high school students in grades 9-12 who have made meaningful contributions to their communities through volunteer service.If you would like to be considered please visit spirit.prudential.com to fill out an application. Applications must be completed by November 8, 2016.

pep club (Seniors)

Attention Jr and Sr Girls. Powder puff practices Dates are outside room 263. See Mr. Botticelli with questions. Seniors you start on Thursday Sept. 15. Juniors start Wednesday Sept. 14th

Guidance (All Students)

The following colleges will be visiting today: SUNY Binghamton at 10:30, The University of Scranton at 12:30, and The College at Brockport at 1:30. All college reps will meet in the House 2 conference room.

science club (All Students)

Attention all students. The first Science Club meeting will be after school on Thursday Sept. 15th. All students are welcome to attend. It will be a "Snow in September Meeting". We will make and play with artificial snow and will make and eat snow cones! Come join the fun. Room 160 after school on Thurs Sept 15th. See Mrs. Collins in Room 160 if you have any questions.

ACT Coordinator (All Students)

There will be an ACT test administered at OPHS on October 22. The "no late fee" registration deadline for this test is Friday, Sept 16. Interested students must register online at www.actstudent.org. We recommend taking the ACT with writing. See Mrs. Goff in room 164 with questions.

Ceramics class (All Students)

To all students who took Ceramics with Ms. Catanzaro last year...you may stop by room 152, before September 22, to pick up any of your final projects from last year.
