There will be an ACT exam administered at OPHS on Saturday October 28. The registration deadline is Friday September 22. Register at ACT.org. We recommend that all students take the ACT with Writing. Please see your guidance counselor or Mrs. Goff in room 164 with any questions.

This student will have varying responsibilities in the student government, but generally will serve to work with both their Class Officers and the STAP Comm officers. Every year, two student leaders from each state and the District of Columbia are selected to participate in an all expenses paid government leadership program in Washington, DC from March 3-10, 2018. The students engage in a series of seminars and briefings with Senators and members of the House of Representatives, and meet with various government officials.
