There will be a recruiter from the Air National Guard in the commons during all lunch periods on Monday, September 17th. You can talk to him during your lunch period if you are interested and you can see your counselor if you have any questions.

Community Education (All Students)

Attention students interested in fall driver education. There are a few spots left. Classes begin next week. Come to the Community Education Office for information on how to register.

OP Impact (All Students)

Looking for a club to join? Looking to make a difference? Come and see what OP Impact is all about Tuesday the 18th in room 116 at 2 PM! We will be making Ice cream sundaes. Questions: See Mrs. Grossman

The Voice (All Students)

Attention all students interested in writing for the student online news source, The Voice: our first meeting of the year will take place on Wednesday, September 19 at 2pm in room 316. science club (All Students)

Attention all students. The first Science Club meeting will be after school on Wed. Sept. 19. All students are welcome to attend. We will discuss activities for the year, vote for some officers, and will have an egg-drop competition. PRIZES for the egg drop winners! Come join the fun in Room 160 after school on Wed Sept 19. See Mrs. Collins in Room 160 if you have any questions. New members ALWAYS welcome.

Attention Powder puff girls the first practice is Friday 9/14 from 2:15- 3:15 meet your coaches outside of the gym.

Foreign Lang/Biology (All Students)

Attentions students in grades 9-11. Are you interested in taking a fantastic trip to the Galapagos Islands? If so, see Mrs. Holtermann in room 328 or Mrs. Rominger in room 163 about an upcoming informational meeting on Tuesday, September 18 at 6:30 pm in the High School Library.

Are you interested in being nominated to one of the US Service academies this fall? If so, there will be representatives from the Coast Guard, West Point, the Naval, US Merchant Marine, and Air Force Academies at Clarence High School on Thursday, September 20th at 6:30 PM. Guidance (All Students)

John Hopkins University will be visiting OPHS today, Sept. 13th, at 10:30am. They will be meeting with students in the House 2 office. Please be sure to bring a pass from the class you will be missing if you would like to attend the visit.

Mock Trial (All Students)

Attention all students interested in Law and Debate. The Orchard Park Mock Trial Team will hold its first meeting on Wednesday September 19th at 2pm in room #127. If you have ever considered going into law or just like to argue this is the team for you. We compete against other schools across New York State on our quest for a championship. Be a part of the Mock Trial Team this year and learn about law and court room procedures. All are welcome.

History Club (All Students)

Attention all students interested in History, Current Events and Debate. The Orchard Park History Club will hold its first meeting of the year on Tuesday September 18th at 2pm in room #127. All are welcome

House 1 Office (Seniors)

Attention Seniors: Senior portrait retakes will take place on Tuesday, September 18th from 7 AM to 3:00 PM on the stage in the auditorium. Please note the date and time if you are interested or see Mrs. Szczesniak in the House 1 office if you have any questions.
