She’ll explain what it takes to be a meteorologist, different meteorology jobs other than TV and a little bit about how meteorologists forecast the weather. Questions are welcome! Attention all students. Please join OP Educational Outreach on Wednesday October 24 after school in the Cafeteria to make Halloween crafts for the Salvation Army. Congratulations to the Lady Quaker swimming and diving team who won the ECIC championship meet for the third consecutive year last Friday. Katie Jones, Emily Blake, and the 400 free relay all qualified for states as well! Great job team!

Attention Seniors - Applications for the Scott Krueger Memorial are now available in the House 1 office. This is a 40,000 dollar scholarship awarded to two Orchard Park Seniors that meet the requirements. Deadline is Wednesday, November 14th by 3:00 to Mrs. Linder in House 3.
The Prudential Spirit of Community Award recognizes high school students in grades 9-12 who have made meaningful contributions to their communities through volunteer service. Attention all students: The varsity club is running it's annual high school jacket sale now through the end of October. If you are interested in a jacket, order forms are available for pick up on the table in the P.E. foyer. Help yourself to a handout!
