Attention Windom Buddy Club Applicants: There will be a mandatory training session after school Wednesday, October 12th at 2:00 in the second floor computer lab in the media center. Please make every effort to attend. Also, be sure to have your application and permission form into House 1 prior to the meeting. See Mr. Behm with questions.

Book Club (All Students)

The next meeting of Book Club is this Thursday, October 13th after school in the library. All are welcome - snacks will be provided!

GSA (All Students)

There will be a GSA meeting today, Wednesday October 12, after school in the library. All are welcome!

Freshman Class (Freshmen)

Attention all Freshman homeroom reps: There will be a mandatory meeting on Tuesday, October 18th at 2pm in room 356. Please plan on attending.

soccer (Sports)

Last Friday, the girls jv soccer earned another victory by defeating west Seneca east 8 to 0. Scoring goals for the quakers were anna d, Hannah w, kate d, charlotte t, and Katherine p. Assisting on the goals were Rebecca r, Hayley l, Izzie a, izzie w, and lily f. Combining on the shutout were goalies anna s and Rebecca r. Our last game of the season is tomorrow at the milestrip road soccer complex at 5p.m. Please come support our team!

Varsity Bowling (All Students)

Attention anyone interested in trying out for the boys and girls varsity bowling team. There will be a brief mandatory meeting this Thursday, October 13th at 2:05pm in room 154. If you cannot make the meeting you must see Mr. Biondo some time during the week to get all of the necessary information.

Guidance (All Students)

The following colleges will be visiting today: Savannah College of Art and Design at 8:30am, University of New England at 10:30am, The University of Tampa at 11:30am, Cleveland Institute of Art at 12:30pm and Medaille College at 1:30pm. All reps will meet with students in the House 2 Conference Room.

class of 2019 (Sophomores)

Attention all sophomore homeroom reps. There is a meeting on Wed. Oct 12th at 2pm in room 256.

Girls Swimming/Diving (All Students)

Congratulations to the UNBEATEN Quaker swimming and diving team. After beating Clarence last night 104-82, they claimed their second straight conference championship! The 200 medley relay team qualified for states as did Katrina Wardner and Olivia Sapio. There were some great swims by a great team. Great job girls!

Varsity Golf (All Students)

Congratulations to OPHS Freshman, Aidan Shaw who came in First Place at the 2016 ECIC Boy's Golf League Individual Championship and Qualifier. As a team, Orchard Park qualified 5 players to Sectionals, the most out of any other school in ECIC. Three of our players were named All ECIC All Stars: Aidan Shaw, Grant Merkel who placed 3rd and Mitchell Smith who placed 4th.
