Student Services (Seniors)

SUNY is offering two Financial Aid Days to assist students and their families in applying for financial aid and completing the FAFSA. These days are typically held in late winter, but with the availability of the FAFSA on October 1 this year, the programs have been moved to the fall. This year, the dates are October 15 and November 12. These workshops are offered free of charge and are available at 41 locations throughout New York State to any student needing assistance with

Girls Varsity Swimming and Diving (All Students)

For the first time in a decade, your Girls Varsity Swimming and Diving team are the Section 6 champions. They won the sectional meet this weekend, 291 - 220. Olivia Sapio set school records in the individual medley and butterfly. The 200 medley relay set not only a new school record but now holds the Section 6 record. Isabel Sapio won her first title in the breaststroke. Way to go ladies! OPHS is proud of you!

History Club Election Results (All Students)

The Student Mock Presidential Election votes have been counted. After a hard fought debate and race here is how the students of Orchard Park voted. In a stunning 3rd Party victory Gary Johnson won with 203 votes. Donald Trump came in second with 195 votes, Hillary Clinton came in third with 100 votes and Jill Stein came in fourth with 23 votes. Thank you to all who participated.

Community Education (All Students)

The next 5-Hour Pre-Licensing course will be held Monday and Wednesday, November 14th & 16th from 6:30-9:00pm. You must attend both evenings. Register at the Community Education office.

House 2 (All Students)

Calling all OPHS artists... Get your creative juices flowing and come up with next years Curriculum Handbook cover. Not only will you have the opportunity to have your artwork published, you will win a $50 prize! All submissions are due by November 18th to the House 2 office. Please see Mrs. Brady with any questions.

OP Winter Guard (All Students)

Rifle Team (All Students)

Attention Varsity Rifle Team - beginning Monday, Nov. 7th your shuttle bus to the center for daily practice will depart from the Baker Side at 2:30pm.

History Club (All Students)

Attention all Students. The History Club will have a post Presidential Election discussion on Wednesday November 9th at 2pm in room #127. All are welcome to attend.

Mock Trial (All Students)

Attention all Mock Trial Members. Tryouts will take place on Tuesday November 15, Wednesday November 16 and Thursday November 17 from 2pm-3pm. Please see Mr. Janas to sign up for a date and time slot as soon as possible.

Girls Varsity Swimming and Diving (All Students)
