Fed Hockey (All Students)

Attention all ice hockey players-- There will be a mandatory meeting for all players interested in playing varsity ice hockey in room 214 on Wednesday October 7th at 2pm. See Coach Ferrentino if you have any concerns.

Varsity tennis (All Students)

Our varsity girls varsity tennis team advanced their already impressive record to 11-1 by defeating Williamsville North 4-1. You girls are machines! Keep rollin' on! They travel today to Frontier today.

Drama (All Students)

Attention all students interested in being a part of drama club. There will be a Drama Club meeting on Monday October 5th at 2:00 pm in room 143. Be there!!!!!!!!!!

Girls Basketball (All Students)

Attention ALL Girls Interested in playing for the JV or Varsity Basketball Teams this year. There will be an informational meeting on Wednesday October 7th at 2pm in room #127. This meeting is important to attend in order to have all paperwork required to tryout for the Girls Basketball Teams in November. Please see Mr. Janas with any questions.

Is college in your future? If so, check the guidance page of the website regularly. Find out what colleges are visiting the high school, where evening college information sessions are being held, and lots of information about scholarships.

QMB (All Students)

Today at 6pm is QMB rehearsal, please be sure all vehicles are moved to the first 4 rows of the baker lot by 5:30pm. Thank you for your cooperation!

Yearbook (Seniors)

Attention Seniors: The deadline for submission of your senior quotes has been moved. More information about quote submission will be sent to your homeroom soon explaining how to vote. If you have any questions, see Mrs. Sall in Room 363 or Mrs. Stady in Room 162.

guidance (All Students)

There will be a Princeton University Information Session at the Nichols School at 7pm on Monday, October 5th. Students interested in applying to Princeton should attend.

Guidance (All Students)

The OPHS Fall College Night will take place on Thursday, October 8th. The evening will start off with a mini college fair in the cafeteria at 6:30. Workshops conducted by local college representatives will begin at 7:00pm. All students on the path to college are encouraged to attend. Please park on the Freeman side of building.

Guidance (Seniors)

The following college representatives will visit today: Baldwin-Wallace at 8:30 and Cleveland Institute of Art at 10:30. Meetings take place in the house 2 conference room.

History Club (All Students)

Attention all History Club Members and any student who would like to join History Club. Our next meeting will be Thursday October 1st at 2pm in room #127. We will elect our officers and have our first discussion of the year on the Republican debates. We will also plan our first trip to the Jolls House. Hope to see you there!

Chris Collins' office will be hosting an information night for students looking to be nominated to one of the United States Service Academies this fall. Representatives from the United States Naval Academy, the United States Air Force Academy, the United States Military Academy West Point, the United States Merchant Marine Academy, as well as the Unites States Coast Guard will be on hand to deliver a brief synopsis of the nomination process, information about attending the academies
