The Department of Environmental Conservation Education Camp provides students with an opportunity to explore the environment, solve environmental problems, and learn how the ecosystem works. Camp sessions are one week in length and there are many different options available in the summer of 2016. There are scholarships available for camp tuition given by the Orchard Park Garden Club. buddy club (All Students)

Attention Windom Buddy Club members: Need senior service hours? Come chaperone the Halloween Dance at Windom on Friday, October 30th from 6:30-8:30. See Mr. Behm by Thursday, the 29th if you are interested.

Athletics (All Students)

The varsity football game this Friday is a Section VI Playoff Game. Admission for all who attend is $5. Please remember that backpacks, noise makers and objects to throw are not permitted.

GSA (All Students)

Attention all members of GSA. Although we are not meeting this week, our club photo for the yearbook will be taken this Thursday after school in the gym at 2pm. Please be prompt or you will not be included in the photo. Again, the yearbook photo for GSA will take place this Thursday at 2 in the gym. Thanks!

Mock Trial (All Students)

Attention all Mock Trial members and any student interested in joining. Our next meeting is November 10th at 2pm in room #127. If you want to be a witness or a lawyer this year you must attend this meeting. Hope to see you there

Music Dept (All Students)

Attention ALL Music Students: The pick up of your Zap A Snack order is this Monday, November 2nd by 2:30pm. Please plan ahead in the event that you need someone to pick up your items for you on Monday, thanks!

QTV (All Students)

The Class of 2018 would like to invite everyone to the annual OP Halloween Costume Contest on Friday at 2pm in the commons. There will be referesments and a costume contest. As always masks are not allowed. Students should not be covering their face.

Boys swim (All Students)

There will ba an important meeting for all boys swim team members on Tuesday immediately after school in the pool.

Hockey (All Students)

Attention all JV hockey players. JV tryouts begin Monday at Leisure Rinks at 3:55. The schedule is available on the door of room 214 if you do not have one.

Guidance (Seniors)

The following college representatives will be visiting today: Messiah, Indiana Wesleyan, Waynesburg, Fredonia, Grove City, Alabama at Tuscaloosa and Wells. Visits take place in the house 2 conference room.

SADD/DARE ROLE MODELS (All Students)

Attention all DARE ROLE MODELS and SADD Club members the next meeting will take place on THURSDAY October 29th in the GYM. The schedule for the DARE Role Model Presentations at the Elementary Schools will be distributed and the Yearbook pictures will be taken at that time. If you cannot attend, please see Mrs. Wolf in House 2 to pick up a schedule.

Open Campus (Seniors)

Attention seniors who still need to complete service hours for open campus. Please check the Job board in the cafeteria for available events. Your service hour forms are due this Friday in the Blue box, in the Baker foyer. Late forms will not be accepted.

Hockey (All Students)

Attention all varsity hockey players. We have added a pre-skate on Thursday October 29th from 245 to 4pm. See Coach Dannecker or Ferrentino with any questions

class of 2018 (All Students)

Attention all students BOO! the Halloween costume contest is Friday Oct 30. at 2pm in the commons. There will be scary but tasty treats and PRIZES for all the winners.

guidance (Seniors)

Attention Seniors!! The Scott Krueger Memorial Scholarship application is available in the House 1 office. This is a 40,000 dollar scholarship available to two Orchard Park Seniors. Further information found in House 1 or see Mrs. Linder in House 3. DEADLINE IS NOVEMBER 16, 2015. No exceptions!!

varsity club (Sports)

Attention all students: The Varsity Club will be running the Varsity Jacket Sale from October 19 through November 6th. If interested in a jacket, pick up the informational flyer in the bookstore. See Mrs. Gibson with any questions.

basketball (All Students)

Attention Boys Basketball Players: There will be a mandatory meeting for any boy wishing to try out for Varsity or JV basketball on THURSDAY OCTOBER 29th. The meeting will be held in room 224 at 1:55. If you plan to try out, you must attend.

Guidance (Seniors)

All OP Pride forms must be turned in to the House 3 office by 2:30 PM on Monday, November 2nd. Seniors must turn a copy of the form in directly to the House 3 office in order to be considered for the award. If you have any questions, please ask Mrs. Linder or Mrs. See in House 3.

National French Honor Society (All Students)

Attention all National French Honor Society Members: Our yearbook picture is after school today at 2:25 in the GYM. Be there at least 5 minutes before or risk not being in the picture.
