The varsity football game this Friday is a Section VI Playoff Game. Admission for all who attend is $5. Please remember that backpacks, noise makers and objects to throw are not permitted.

Guidance (All Students)

There will be a Fordham University Information Session at Nardin Academy on Thursday, October 22nd at 7pm. Students interested in applying to Fordham should attend.

Art club (All Students)

Art club will meet today at 2:00 in room 152.

The Voice (All Students)

Varsity Golf (All Students)

Congratulations to our Varsity Golf Team who remains undefeated for the past three years and claimed their third straight ECIC Boy's Golf League Team Champion Title. This is OP's eighth team title in ECIC history. OP has more Golf Championship titles than any other team in all of ECIC. OP also qualified 7 players to Sectionals next May, which is more than any individual ECIC school has ever sent to sectionals for Boy's Golf. Congratulations to our 2015 OPHS Varsity Golf Team!

ACT Coordinator (All Students)

An ACT exam will be given at OPHS this Saturday, October 24. Students registered for the exam should check in at the Freeman entrance in the main hallway at 8am. To take the exam you must be pre-registered, have your pre-printed ticket from ACT and a photo ID. See Mrs. Goff in room 164 with any questions.

varsity club (Sports)

Attention all students: The Varsity Club will be running the Varsity Jacket Sale from October 19 through November 6th. If interested in a jacket, pick up the informational flyer in the bookstore. See Mrs. Gibson with any questions.

buddy club (All Students)

Attention Windom Buddy Club members: Wednesday is our first session at Windom. The bus will be available at 3:00 on the Freeman side. If you drive, please be at Windom by 3:15. See Mr. Behm if you can not make it.

basketball (All Students)

Attention Boys Basketball Players: There will be a mandatory meeting for any boy wishing to try out for Varsity or JV basketball on THURSDAY OCTOBER 29th. The meeting will be held in room 224 at 1:55. If you plan to try out, you must attend.

GSA (All Students)

Hey Everyone! The next meeting of the Gay Straight Alliance is this Wednesday the 21st in room 353. Come for good discussion and great times. Our focus will be the pros and cons of being different. See you there.

Guidance (Seniors)

A representative of Clarkson University will meet with interested students today at 12:45 in the house 2 office. Niagara University and Connecticut College visit tomorrow.

History Club (All Students)

Attention all History Club Members. Our Halloween Meeting and Party will be Tuesday October 27th at 2pm in room #127. We will be looking at the Historical and Cultural Background of Halloween.

Mock Trial (All Students)

Attention all Mock trial Members. Our next meeting will be Monday October 26th at 2pm in room #127. Please bring your case. See you there!

guidance (All Students)

Attention Student-Athletes: NCAA Night is Thursday, October 22nd at 7:00pm in the auditorium. It is a great opportunity to learn about the process of becoming a Division I or Division II collegiate athlete. We will have a guest speaker from UB to provide information on registering with NCAA, the recruitment process, athletic scholarships, and much more. Please plan on attending and see Mr. Behm with questions.

Open Campus (Seniors)

Attention seniors who still need to complete service hours for open campus. Please check the Job board in the cafeteria for available events. Right now Windom Elementary is looking for a number of seniors to help out with their Halloween event on the 30th. Mr. Biondo will allow this event only to count towards the first quarter hours even though its passed the October deadline.

Attention Seniors!! The Scott Krueger Memorial Scholarship application is available in the House 1 office. This is a 40,000 dollar scholarship available to two Orchard Park Seniors. Further information found in House 1 or see Mrs. Linder in House 3. DEADLINE IS NOVEMBER 16, 2015. No exceptions!!
